Human resources will take a leadership role and provide service in support of NIDAAN Intelligence Services (I) Pvt Ltd’s vision by promoting the concept that our employees are most valuable resource and will be treated as such.

The human resources department will act as a catalyst to enable all NIDAAN India’s employees to contribute at optimum levels toward the success of the business and NIDAAN India.

It is the mission of the human resources department to provide effective human resource management by developing and implementing policies, programs and services that contribute to the attainment of corporate and employee goals by recruiting fresher & candidates who are not connected to this sector so, that we can spread knowledge regarding investigation & verification services and make people aware regarding this industry.

Our HR department recruits candidates through walk-in interview only. It does not believe in recruiting employees by telephonic or video call interviews.

We believe in working with today’s youth. NIDAAN India gives opportunities to fresher because we ensure that each candidate who works for us can attain promotion & prosperity by climbing the ladder of our organization hierarchy by acquiring proper training, practices & with utmost confident.

Team Management is too important in NIDAAN India. We believe in team building & team Management. Team work is important for better outputs. In a team, the other team members can perform and manage the work in the absence of any member and hence work is not affected much.

We have a team hierarchy which has to be followed by the employees of our company. Human Resource Management focuses on building a best team to achieve the goals & fulfill the requirements of the clients .Achievements of the goals depends on its employees because their skills contribute to achieving its business objectives.
